Our agreements include:

Preventive maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures your system is in peak operating condition and reduces the chances of an unexpected failure when you can least afford it. We will test, clean and adjust all of the equipment in the system, from wall plates to projectors. We provide documentation with the service and will make recommendations when new technology can enhance your system.

Unlimited Emergency Service
We provide for 100% of all parts and labor for repairs, so you never run out of budget money to keep your system functioning.

Expert Personnel
Our staff is factory trained and authorized on most major manufacturers.

Concerned about technical difficulties in that important meeting? Have a Field Service Expert and Certified Videoconferencing Engineer on hand to ensure your meeting goes off without a hitch.

Training on your system
Are new employees uncertain on how to operate that complex system? Have a Field Service Engineer explain how and why your system operates. We talk in terms you will understand.

Contracted Employees
On-Site Facilitators can be provided on a full or part time basis.

Field Service T&M
No Service Agreement? No Problem!
We also offer services on a time and material basis.

Service Warranty
There is a 90 day parts and labor warranty on all original service repairs.
