Ryan Heining is the president of FRG. As the leader of a highly technical team, it is his responsibility to set a clear vision that centers on customers, staff and vendors assuring FRG provides quality service at a fair price. Ryan leads FRG in pledging commitment to the partnerships that focus on the common success of customers as well as the company.
In 1991, Ryan Heining received a bachelor of arts from Saint John's University and a commission as an officer in the United States Army.
Ryan is a former President of the SJU National Alumni Board of Directors, and currently sits on the board. He lives in Hutchinson, MN with his wife Michelle, and three children, Kjirstin, Nickolas, and Isabelle. |

Todd Stoffel

Todd joined MSpace in April of 2009 as a project manager overseeing the acquisition and integration of FRG. Prior to this Todd was most recently a COO for a family owned chain of specialty retail shops, and Supply Chain Director for national fitness chain, Life Time Fitness. Todd brings to FRG a strong analytical, financial, and operational background.
Todd earned his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Management from St. John's University and his MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
Originally from Stillwater, MN, Todd and his family live in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis. Todd enjoys running, golfing, and coaching his kids' sports teams. |

Steve Lehto

In May of 2009, Steve Lehto was named the Operations Manager for FRG. Steve came from ClearOne Communications, where he has served as Manager of Sales Engineering. Steve began working in the AV industry in 1997 as a Sales Engineer for Acoustic Communication Systems in Minneapolis, one of the Midwest's leading AV integrators. While employed at ACS, he was promoted to Manager of Sales Engineering, a position he held through the acquisition of ACS by ClearOne in 2002. Prior to employment at ACS, Steve worked as a Supervisor of Distribution Operations for the United States Postal Service and had also served as the General Manager of a Minneapolis-based music retail chain. Steve also continues to follow his passion for music by recording and performing music regionally. In January of 2004, Steve was awarded the CTS ("Certified Technology Specialist") designation from ICIA. |
